1. Taraflar ve Kabul

Bu Kullanım Şartları (“Şartlar”), Cadde Studio (“biz”) tarafından işletilen Kashe mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”, paket adı com.cadde.kashe) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bu Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

Kashe; kıyafetlerinizi dijital bir dolapta organize etmenizi, yapay zekâ destekli kombin önerileri almanızı ve dijital ikizinizle sanal deneme (VTO) görselleri oluşturmanızı sağlayan kişisel stilist uygulamasıdır. Bazı özellikler (sosyal akış, sohbet, ödünç verme) kademeli olarak açılabilir.

3. Hesap ve Yaş Sınırı

  • Uygulama 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir.
  • Hesap açarken verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olmasından siz sorumlusunuz.
  • Hesap güvenliğinizden (cihazınız, oturumunuz) siz sorumlusunuz; şüpheli erişimi derhal bize bildirin.

4. Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Lisans

  • Yüklediğiniz kıyafet fotoğrafları, dijital ikiz referans fotoğrafı ve paylaştığınız diğer içeriklerin (“Kullanıcı İçeriği”) sahibi sizsiniz.
  • Kullanıcı İçeriğini yükleyerek, bunu Hizmeti size sunmak amacıyla (dolap oluşturma, yapay zekâ ile analiz/işleme, sanal deneme görseli üretimi, açtığınız takdirde sosyal akışta gösterme) işlememize izin veren, dünya çapında, telifsiz, sınırlı bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.
  • Yalnızca yükleme hakkına sahip olduğunuz (kendinize ait veya izinli) içerik yükleyeceğinizi kabul edersiniz. Üçüncü kişilerin fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden içerik yasaktır.
  • Hesabınızı sildiğinizde Kullanıcı İçeriğiniz hesabınızdan ayrıştırılır (bkz. Hesap Silme).

5. Yapay Zekâ Çıktıları Hakkında Uyarı

Kombin önerileri ve sanal deneme (VTO) görselleri yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir; gerçek görünümünüzün, kıyafetin dokusunun veya renginin yaklaşık bir temsili olabilir ve gerçek sonuçtan farklılık gösterebilir. Bu çıktılar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır, satın alma veya giyim kararlarınız için tek dayanak olarak kullanılmamalıdır.

6. Premium Abonelik ve Ödemeler

  • Bazı özellikler (ör. günlük VTO/kombin üretim kotasının üzerinde kullanım) ücretli abonelikle sunulur.
  • Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır; ödeme, süre uzatma (otomatik yenileme), iptal ve iade koşulları ilgili mağazanın kullanım şartlarına tabidir.
  • Aboneliğinizi mağaza hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.
  • Kredi kartı bilgileriniz bizde saklanmaz; ödeme doğrulaması mağaza makbuzu üzerinden yapılır.

7. Yasaklı Kullanım

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek veya izinsiz üçüncü kişi fotoğrafı yüklemek,
  • Uygulamayı taciz, nefret söylemi veya yasa dışı içerik paylaşmak için kullanmak,
  • Hizmeti tersine mühendislik yapmak, otomatikleştirilmiş (bot) erişimle kötüye kullanmak veya güvenlik önlemlerini atlatmaya çalışmak,
  • Fikri mülkiyet haklarımızı ihlal etmek.

Bu kuralların ihlali halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

8. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın kendisi, tasarımı, markası ve yazılımı Cadde Studio’ya aittir. Bu Şartlar size Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanma hakkı tanır; başka bir hak devri içermez.

9. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

10. Hesap Feshi

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden veya bu sayfadaki yöntemlerle silebilirsiniz. Bu Şartların ihlali halinde hesabınızı bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın askıya alabilir/kapatabiliriz.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim veya güncelleme tarihiyle bilgilendiririz; Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

12. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara (Türkiye) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kashe mobile application (“App”, package name com.cadde.kashe) operated by Cadde Studio (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Kashe is a personal stylist app that lets you organize your clothes in a digital wardrobe, get AI-generated outfit recommendations, and generate virtual try-on (VTO) images using your digital twin. Some features (social feed, chat, item lending) may be rolled out progressively.

3. Accounts and Age Requirement

  • The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account (device, session); notify us promptly of any suspicious access.

4. User Content and License

  • You own the wardrobe photos, digital twin reference photo, and other content you upload or post (“User Content”).
  • By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to process it in order to provide the Service to you (wardrobe organization, AI analysis/processing, virtual try-on generation, and display in the social feed if and when you enable it).
  • You agree to only upload content you have the right to upload (your own, or with permission). Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited.
  • When you delete your account, your User Content is disassociated from your identity (see Delete Account).

5. Notice on AI-Generated Output

Outfit recommendations and virtual try-on (VTO) images are AI-generated; they may be an approximate representation of your appearance, garment texture, or color, and can differ from real-life results. This output is for informational purposes and should not be your sole basis for purchase or wearing decisions.

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

  • Some features (e.g., usage beyond the daily VTO/outfit generation quota) are offered via a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play; billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by that store’s terms of service.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription from your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We never store your card details; payment is verified via the store receipt.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or upload a third party’s photo without permission,
  • Use the App to harass others or share hateful or unlawful content,
  • Reverse-engineer the Service, abuse it via automated (bot) access, or attempt to bypass security measures,
  • Infringe our intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The App itself, its design, branding, and software are owned by Cadde Studio. These Terms grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the App and no other rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in-app or via the methods described on this page. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app or via the updated date above; continued use of the App means you accept the current Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
